+ How do I change the selected deck?

Press the arrow at the top-middle of the screen to access the gallery. Scroll through the carousel to find the deck you want to select and tap it. You can only play with complete decks.

+ How do I get more coins?

There’s lots of ways to get coins including:
○ Find coins underneath cards
○ Win games
○ Play the “Daily Double” for x2 coins
○ Remember to play Fridays for DOUBLE coins
○ Sometimes the rewards pop-up has coin rewards for watching an ad ○ Or buy them in the shop.

+ I find the cards hard to read!

Every deck in the game is made by a different artist. If you chose a deck that you find difficult to read you can always switch back to the 2 basic highly legible decks which are always FREE.

+ Why is there no level grid in Elevens?

Unlike the other games which can always be solved and have a fixed deal per level, Elevens is always random. In Easy and Medium mode we make sure you can always make a certain number of moves - thus making it more likely to be solvable. Hard is 100% random. Try your luck! 🍀

+ How do I transfer my data to my new phone?

+ Why can't I pay once and get no ads forever?

Flick Solitaire is a very different game than it was when we launched in June 2020:

○ We've gone from 3 artist decks to over 40 with new decks each month!

○ We added 2 whole new game modes: Spider & Fastest Flicker. More will come!

○ Plus fixes and improvements every 1-2 weeks!

We PROMISE to keep adding content and improving the game every month - and we have BIG plans to make this a game you can enjoy - forever! No other Solitaire game on the market does this. A "pay once" model wouldn't allow us to develop the game in the same way.

BUT IMPORTANTLY we don't EVER expect anyone to pay. We know some people can't. We try to provide a great free ad-supported experience. We show fewer ads than most Solitaire games (we've checked!).

+ Why are you being greedy asking for subscriptions?

We're not. For a player who plays daily, we make about the same amount of money from subscriptions as we do from ads so it's definitely not greed. We do try to make subscriptions good value by giving our supporters more cards daily when they win, plus alternative backgrounds.

+ Why is the game performing poorly on my device? (e.g. running slow, overheating, slow to load)

We’ve tried to make something very unique in the world of Solitaire and a big part of that is fluidity. Flick needs much more resources to run than your average Solitaire game BUT there are things you can try that might help:

• Switch OFF “textured cards” in settings (though it won’t look as shiny)
• Switch OFF “special effects” in settings

Make sure other apps aren’t using lots of resources (try killing them).

+ I play to relax. I don’t want a move counter or stats on how I compare to other players!

We totally understand. Please switch OFF “Show Stats” in settings.

+ I’m left-handed and find it hard to reach some of the cards.

Try switching OFF “right-handed” mode.

+ The camera movement makes me feel nauseated

Whilst most players enjoy the dynamic camera it’s completely optional. In settings please turn down “camera movement” to zero. You can also disable auto-zoom if you wish.
