Dekimbe is a young, freelance artist from the Philippines, totally IN LOVE with Manga, and our second artist to feature during our festival celebrating Filipino Language Month.
We met Dekimbe during the toughest art tournament - March Art Madness - organised by our FLICK friends Saturday AM. After five ferocious challenging rounds, 64 artists and a public VOTE, Dekimbe was the WINNER receiving an awesome prize package including a contract with us!
R3 of the competition challenged artists to design a FLICK SOLITAIRE PLAYING CARD with an artistic Manga nod to the NCAA men’s college basketball mascots. Dekimbe KILLED IT with his design. Welcome Dekimbe as he takes us on a hunt for hauntings in his EXCLUSIVE DECK - Midnight Snack Klub.
